The room was clean and comfortable. The facility was tired and dirty. Walking from the lobby to my room I passed four people in cuff with deputies which captured the ambiance perfectly.

We had a renovated room, which was nice and the staff were kind. A lot of the facilities are run down. The midway did not have a circus show (possibly there is one on the weekend??) and only few of the games were open. My inquiries about the Circus show were answered by indicating that “there should be a schedule posted in the midway somewhere” no schedule was found. The escalator is still broken....

Hotel and especially room was not clean and service at desk when checking in was poor. Waited in line to check in for roughly 45 minutes and then treated like we were a nuisance. Rooms were more expensive than rooms for announcing trip to Hawaii. If I could rate this below a 1…that would be the proper score. Stay away and find a different place to stay.

A hidden fee that is 50% of original listed per night rate is scamming people. This is the type of scam that made AT&T lose customers. In addition their Sky Tower shuttle is out of service, and you have to haul A across the bridge, so I don’t know what the fee is for.

Well the passes we’re getting pounded by snow and Circus Circus had very nicely affordable accommodations. So we ‘visited’ Reno for a day.
