Room was clean.
If for some bizarre reason teenagers are allowed to race up and down the halls on luggage carts from 2am to 4am while loudly yelling, just know that no one will be around to remove them. Also, don't back your vehicle under any trees on site unless you want sugar ants everywhere in your vehicle searching for water.
no soap or shampoo no kleenex no breakfast, overpriced in view of all that
Some highs, some lows
Access to the outside through slider door. Two ways into the room. Very convenient with the animals. Great RL toiletries, good, in room coffee, micro fridge. Although electrical was old fashioned, they had a few upgraded features (lamp and alarm cube) that improved charging convenience. Close to both freeways. Kleenex in room. Pet friendly, with fair appealing pet policy.
Some staff weren't very professional. Paying for breakfast??? Charging for "incidentals" but not mentioning it. Housekeeping was pushy, borderline obnoxious. Room was extremely dated. Bathroom extremely dated. Would have been preferable to have a bathtub. Carpet in room was pretty gross. AC worked poorly. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Linens were rough, not comfortable. No easily accessible grass for pets.
Older motel showing its age
Lots of restaurants nearby. Gas station next door. Able to park close to my room.
Old fashioned. Lobby needs a new look. Sliding door to patio hard to open. “Private” patio not private at all.
the gal at the desk was excellent.
Good value and good travel location
Top quality breakfast
Disgusting room that smelled like cat urine
The room smelled like cat urine and I was refused another room. I was unable to sleep and I will never stay at this hotel again!
The bathroom seemed newly renovated and looked nice. They also furnished a unique set of soap/shampoo/conditioner/bodywash/lotion. Comforting front lobby. Complimentary bottle of spring water in the room also.
Our room smelled exactly like my grandmother's house and had a similar old-fashioned appearance. In-room coffee cups were not clean. Pool was open in February, but needed some leaves/debree cleaned out.
It was okay
Breakfast was included and very good. Clean room. Very friendly staff.
Someone was trying to get into our room at midnight. I was told a downstairs room but given an upstairs one. Lots of walking to get to the room.
Staff went out of their way to help with several problems I had.
Terrible MOTEL - STAY OUT - Pathetic - 0 star - Ir
Don't believe the photos posted by hotel. Rooms are outdated, unclean. Its not a hotel, forget about 3 stars. It can be considered a cheap MOTEL with 0 stars. We were checked in to a room that has broken safety lock. When we reported it to front desk(Christina), they seem to already knew this and told there are no other rooms to swap. They promised to fix it the next day, but they didn't. Calling housekeeping goes to voice message and no response after that. No room service, nobody will attend your phone call for anything. Sticky carpets with stains, old unclean curtains, broken bathroom doors. No extra towels in bathroom. STAY OUT OF THIS MOTEL.
Proximity to I5 & Pool for kids.
Security is a joke. Even with lights and a security guard, your stuff in your car is not safe. Security Guard watched a guy steel my bike. (he actually told me this). Staff was going to call us back to follow up - never heard a thing. Beds worn out big time and not enough towels for a family of 4 - booked for 4, got 3 towels - left numerous messages to get more towels, but never got a thing. Very very disappointing
