Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially for events and downtown access. Bed comfort was also highlighted positively in several reviews. However, there were mixed opinions on service and cleanliness, with some guests experiencing unfriendly staff and issues with room upkeep. The bathrooms received the most negative feedback, with complaints about outdated fixtures and maintenance problems. Overall, while the location and beds stood out as positives, there are areas in need of improvement, particularly in bathroom quality and some aspects of service.

Pros (+) This hotel has a great location. The interior of the room was nicely remodeled. The buffet and decor in the restaurant were nice.
Cons (-) Sound insulation between rooms was great. The shower had a nice head, but it was old traditional in its layout. Confusing check-in area in relationship to the valet drop.
