Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's convenient location and some friendly staff, especially those at the front desk and breakfast area. However, many reviews highlighted ongoing construction, water disruptions, and cleanliness issues, including dirty carpets and pests. Several guests were disappointed by the closed pool, limited breakfast options, and inconsistent service, with some staff described as rude or unhelpful. Despite some positive experiences with room comfort and amenities, the overall sentiment was affected by the hotel's current renovations and service shortcomings.AI-generated from customer reviews
