Pros (+) Price & proximity to expensive hotel my event was held at. Well lit parking and building exterior helped sense of safety for me and my property.
Cons (-) Upon entering room, safe was locked and toilet was nonfunctional. Informed front desk and this was rectified while I was at my event.

Pros (+) Rooms are upgraded and clean, free breakfast in the morning with coffee all day, staff is extremely nice and make you want to stay, they are the reason we didn't move to a cheaper place especially Rose.
Cons (-) Rooms are a little pricey for what you get, but about average. The holds on your card are a nightmare. I am still waiting for $200 of holds to come back to my account despite the $600 charges I paid, have cleared and completed with my bank. Small print gives them 30 days!!

Cons (-) The room it was infested with bugs – I was bitten all over by the morning – it woke me up in the middle of the night. I don't know if they were bedbugs or something else, but I warn everyone - don't stay here. It's also right next to the highway and quite noisy.
