This is a 4 star hotel and it truly lives up to its rating! The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was so-so. Seems like they gave a quality kitchen and could do more with it - to match the staff experience. The room was very comfortable. I had no view which was totally fine because I arrived after 10pm and it’s in Mariscal so really what’s to look at - banks? They were under construction but so long as you’re not spending the day in the room you won’t hear the hammering. Even the workmen were really friendly!
No minibar - ok, that might not be important for some people but after 5 days in the jungle and 12 hours traveling (canoe, bus, bus, cab) I really wanted a drink lol! I think this is an issue of wrong info on the website which should be fixed. The clerk at the desk however (showing that 4 star service) offered the get me a drink from the closed bar! I was able to order from Glovo so all was fine though. Only other issue was the spa isn’t full time, a person comes in to provide the service so you’ll need to provide advance notice. Again, the staff were great in trying to find me another place but it was a Saturday so no luck. Very grateful for their assistance!
Great city and I recomend you to travel alone to every place except Guayaquil because it is cheaper
Disappointment after disappointment, The first day there was a small breakfast buffet but the days after they cancelled it. Instead you had to ask the waiter for every thing that you wanted and the reason I knew what they had to offer because I did eat the day before. I did put my clothes to clean but instead they came back to small or in a different colour and 3 t-shirt and 1 top so messy that I could not wear them again. The mini bar did not have electricity so it was useless. The location is not the best after a travel around Quito
Staff very welcoming
The staff were very friendly, including staff at the front desk.
Staff. Size of room.
Too much noise during the night from other rooms and public areas.
