Pros:Comfy hotel that did exactly what it was supposed to do as a layover stop.
Cons:Walls are super thin and the hotel security was in and out of half the rooms on my floor during my one night stay.

Pros:Breakfast was served from 5:00 am. Since we had an early morning flight, we were able to have breakfast before boarding the shuttle to the airport. In many hotels, breakfast is not served until 6:30 am or 7:00 am.
Cons:The shuttle to JFK airport only runs hourly. It should run more often.

Pros:To whom it may concern, I was dissapointed in my stay for the cost I payed for almost $200.00 a night I would have expected the follow which was not the case: -Clean and orginized hall ways (maintainance trolly blocking path) -Clean room with a order free bath room (bath room smell was horrible) -No one else assigned to my room which at about 02:30 in the morning I had another person enter my room while I was asleep and stated they were assigned the same room! Can you imagine the embarssesment and alarm to wake up to a stranger entering a room where you are half naked and asleep. I called the desk to complain and all i got was I'm sorry! (Really!) VERY POOR EXPERIENCE, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND........

Cons:Limited staff, rooms have a extremely strong odor especially on the first floor. Hard to breathe inside these rooms, I was very frustrated and disappointed overall.

Pros:close to the airport, good price. breakfast was decent. better than most places that offer free breakfast.
Cons:i've been itching non-stop since i checked out. bites all over my body - head to toe. i just hope i didn't bring any home with me. the shuttle only runs once an hour.

Pros:We had an overnight layover and an early morning flight, so the proximity to JFK and the convenient shuttle service were major considerations. The room was clean with comfortable beds, and the staff were very good, although we were unable to get a receipt because the system was running something when we checked out. The shuttle was speedy and prompt with courteous drivers.
Cons:While the location is convenient to JFK (or maybe because it is), the neighborhood was such that I would not have felt comfortable going outside the hotel alone. It was also right next to the Queens Sanitation Department--that did not impact our stay, but gives you a picture. The hotel could definitely use some updating.
