Pros (+) Housekeeping services were awesome. I enjoyed the beach club. The view was awesome.
Cons (-) Visitors were not allowed. The hotel elevator was unpredictable. It stopped working one evening. The decor was outdated if not damaged as well. I ordered a room with a king-sized bed, yet I was assigned a room with 2 double beds. My wishes for the bed was denied.

Cons (-) first room had view of couples bedroom - they liked to keep their curtains open. after paying for "upgrade" got a smaller room with small balcony. the room had no towels, no light bulbs, no blankets. the hairdryer was so broken it could have electrocuted someone. permanent stains on towels, sheets, blankets and bedspread. no cups or glasses. no coffee maker. shower drain and toilet drain were clog...

Pros (+) Great location right on the beach with no extra charge for chairs. View from my oceanfront room is as good as it gets in PV. Room was extremely clean. Hallways were dark.
Cons (-) Low water pressure and luke-warm water. No dresser in my room to unpack-had to live out of my suitcase.

Cons (-) Gross!, Nasty!, how do you rent a room for a few days and no guts to flush a toilet after going #2. Same day move to an other room, ok! Second room, direct sun light room And no A/C, very hot & muggie! Third room Sir, ok wait in lobby four hours and we have No rooms Sir! ? WoW, I just walked away they had no help! NO Way Jose!!

Pros (+) Room was nice & clean with hot water. Both AC & ceiling fan works well. Didn't have much usage of the fridge. Best view from my balcony.
Cons (-) Didn't like the fact that the shower has no holder for soap or shampoo and the towel holder could be bigger.

Cons (-) AC never worked. Toilet did not flush. Shower always leaked into the room. That was the best out of 5 rooms we went through. Erica the manager was not very accommodating
