Your quote was $200. The cost for the same car was $600. Then with your special offer which I relied upon, I got the global Allianz insurance. Thought you would steer me right. I was wrong and it was costly. When I got to Chile they told me that I could. It use it and that if I refused their insurance it would cost me $4000. Yes $4000. So I had to take their insurance even after relying upon kayak special partners. Thanks for costing me an extra $400. Thanks.8.0 Very Good

Enough space in the car and reasonable handling, even if low powered. Excellent help by company in Coyhaique.Cons:
We were outfitted with tires much too worn for traveling the Carretera Austral. With two flat tires early on, we wasted too much time fixing the problems and missing scheduled activities. Finally, in Coyhaique, the company replaced all four tires.Budget

- The link for the address for pickup and the map that were given were incorrect. Pickup was at the airport and not at tepaul road. - When we arrived at budget, we were told that they had no cars available and that contrary to the booking confirmation from Kayak, they could refuse the booking.10.0 Wonderful

We were told at pick up that they did not have the car size we reserved for us. They offered much smaller car for the same prize. We had way too many bags and demanded larger car. After having to fight with them and wait and hour and half they provided a larger car for an extra charge each day. A car that was not suitable for rental. It felt like we took someone's personal car...Sixt

As said before, staff was not helpful, either friendly. I could not the receive the car that I booked and staff refused to cancel my booking. I have not received a refund. And I will not receive that refund. I have tried to reach the SIXT international office operating in Chile, but they are useless. Do not chose this SIXT for you car rental in Puerto Montt and area. Choose upon a company on arrival to the airport. It works much better. SIXT only operates professionally in the states and Europe.2.0 Poor
