Cons:This was my second time at the harbor Hotel. This time seemed a bit more rocky. There was never more than one person at the check in desk durning peak check in and checkout 11am and 3/4pm. Long lines. I do want to say that Cassie at the front desk was wonderful, but could have used a second person. Our first night no one cleaned the room or restocked the towels, which was disappointing.

Cons:The AC was not.working properly. The shuttle service was unorganized and so was the bike rental process. The staff was not friendly and welcoming.

9.7 Wonderful
Pros:right on the water, just down the road from Commercial St, the Harbor Hotel was convenient to everything Ptown has to offer. Staff was nice, the bar/ restaurant was big and had a fun atmosphere - they stayed open late as we watched a red sox playoff game. Park and rent a bike at the hotel and then explore Ptown without all the hassles of a car.
Cons:needs more electric outlets - we only had one reliable one in the room for charging, it is the 21st century here

Pros:The beds were very comfortable. The room was very clean. The frig had a small freezer area The large outside courtyard had a lot of seating areas.
Cons:The breakfast was not included. The floor of the room was cold cement. The cleaning staff was very noisy and started at 8am. There was only room for one person to sit down in our room. The other had to use the bed.

10.0 Wonderful
Pros:We had the best time at this hotel. We really loved the bed and the room as well as all the other facilities. The firepit was a definite amazing bonus and we really enjoyed the community feeling at it and met some great people. We are definitely going back next year - with friends and family next time! If you like to bike, you can bring one or rent one in town. The staff was all super nice and we had great service. When we first got to the hotel the manager/bartender at the pool (forgot his name) made us an AMAZING mudslide- best I've ever had! The restaurant food was very good and they had $2 Taco Tuesday! Towards the end of our stay we lost our desire to go into town because we loved the hotel so much. There is a beautiful beach right in front of the hotel that is WICKED at low tide. Also, you don't need a car - we drove but didn't use our car once the entire time we were there. There is a $2 Shuttle bus that runs every 30 min to and from the center of town. Considering parking is $20 in PTown center, this is AWESOME.
Cons:I wish that there were towel rods in the bathroom. Also, we were on a ground floor so we didn't have a table and chair in our room (in the second floor rooms it is on the balcony) which would have been nice. Next time I wont request Oceanview as it is really more of a "car view" on the first floor and we did pay extra to have it. To the person that wrote the review about a small bathroom - get a life - it's a hotel! That said it was the same size as our tiny NYC apartment. Who cares? If you don't like dogs and kids, not a place for you! Our neighbors in the room next store who were really loud - we didn't complain then because we thought it would be too awkward. (it happens)

Pros:I have stayed at the hotel since it was the Cape Inn. I have had many great time and have met some awesome people. Armand who worked the front desk until last year was great. I was happy to see him back this year. I also like the bartender Keith. They are one of the reasons I keep returning. I do plan on returning in the fall and hope to see them. I was a little upset regarding your breakfast buffet. Due to a medical issue I can not eat very much at a time and it was not worth for me to purchase the buffet. I think it would be great to. Have another option. Overall I liked my stay and hope to be there for Halloween. See you soon.
Cons:My room was in the back section and the plastic furniture is an embarrassment and should be replaced.
