I chose to pay for my breakfast ,which at 7 euro was good value. If you choose otherwise there were other options just down the street . My room was amazing a suite with a view across to the park and the Museum.
The hotel was in a good location, away from the main (noisier) hub but still close enough to walk. The hotel also felt authentic and traditional. The staff were very polite and helpful and overall we were happy to stay here for two nights.
The cleanliness of the room wasn't great and the floor, in particular, was very dusty. The rooms were also a weird layout with a very tight staircase leading to mezzanine bedroom. Anyone above 5ft 9 would struggle with the limited headroom up there. That said, it's only a place to sleep so didn't spoil our trip. Everything else about the room was fine. The location of the hotel was an uphill walk from the main part of the city and at night you pass what I can only describe as some rather interesting characters hanging around on the streets (mainly outside the main fast food places). Didn't bother our group but worth knowing for anyone who struggles to walk distances or who are nervous about being propositioned at night.
Everyrhing else! Great service, perfect location, good breakfast! My room was quaint and charming and had sky windows. It had a living room and a loft on the 2nd floor for my bed. I could see Prague's summer stars through the sky window from my bed. Lovely experience.
The door lock and key systemmof my room. It was hard to open.
Very kind staff, excellent breakfast, nice old building with large rooms, old furniture, but with character.
The parking has a very narrow entrance, not suitable for larger cars.
Excellent place to stay. Beautiful rooftop Sunset bar and £1.40 a pint. Great location
