The hotel is situated in the city centre of Prague, the breakfast is served in a restaurant which is part of the hotel, the rooms do have good airconditioner. and the rooms are equipped with free coffee.
The parking garage is 550 meter walking situated from the hotel (with the bags over cobblestones), before you can enter the parking garage you need to visit the hotel reception desk, but.... parking in Prague 1 for tourists on the street is forbidden! the blue lined parking spaced are for residents only so that was a tricky one, the parking garage staff are very grumpy full of tattoos and you are not allowed to park your own car (they drive your car) and you are not allowed to take your own car key with you, they keep it there for some reason... At the moment of writing this review I actually feel that I felt myself very unsafe in the parking and with the staff of the parking.... The rooms are bigger than average and do look new, the bathroom in room 108 was smelling very bad, we have been to Mr. Bousi of the reception desk and they promised to solve it, the only thing they did was spray some air refreshment in the room..... We had to leave 1 day earlier because of some private (family illness) the reception person was VERY grumpy and not happy that we want to check out 1 day earlier (remember we had to rush back to holland because of family illness and the reception is not so happy with our check out....) we had to pay the parking garage (30 days per 24 hours!!!) and the city tax, and they charged me around 90 EURO to much, after complaining the reception desk told me he had no time to sort it out because people were waiting for doing check in and I had to email the hotel staff to get my money back - at this time of writing I have send them a email without feedback yet, once I have feedback regarding the refund of my money I will update this review) Overall; i will never, never book this hotel again or will visit Prague again, what a bad idea :(.
Very clean staff helpful
Stay there thursday to friday and it was no cost for luggage storing, then when we lived there from Sunday to Monday it suddenly cost 2€/ luggage and a wery unpolite receptionist.
