Location at the end of Wencels Square. Good from Main Station (1o min walk) and Metro (2 min walk).
Great hotel! Very good service!! Suzan from the reception was incredible and gave us such a good experience! He upgraded us to a bigger room than we asked for without paying more. Thank you for this lovely experience!!
Everything from the staff to location was fantastic
The bed was extra comfy and sunjit at reception was extremely helpful !
The location was the best aspect about this hotel as it was next to a train station and accessible to a number of amenities (e.g. restaurants, shops). The breakfast was good despite the limited selection. Bed/bedding was comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful too.
The shower pressure was not strong and the toilet was crammed into a corner. Some of the furniture pieces were slightly outdated/old. The TV in our room was also not working and the hotel staff were unable to fix it. While the hotel staff had offered for us to change rooms, we decided to stick it out as we were only going to be there for another day and had wanted to avoid the hassle of moving.
