Pros (+) The price was very reasonable, staff were friendly, nice information in the reception area - brochures, maps, activities and so on. Great location near O2 arena.
Cons (-) Let's be honest the hotel is very basic, it's not luxury at all, but if you are travelling on a budget it will be just fine.
