I loved the hotel! The structure is awesome, the rooms are excellent and the craft beer from the restaurant also very very good! The location is not the best for who needs public transportation, but since we were traveling by car for us it was perfect! The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is also very good! I would definitely recommend it.
Since it is a hotel better recommend for people who has their own car, it a pity that the parking isn’t complimentary for hotel guests.
Room service not available in the second building which was not communicated in advance and no remarks when booking. Room service menu though was available in the room. We were offered to pick up the food from the restaurant ourselves and were not even prpvided with a trolley.
the only positive thing was the friendliness of the staff
We are very disappointed with the hotel, 30 min waiting time at check in, the deluxe suite turns out to be a standard room with a balcony, we couldn't do wellness because the sauna was overbooked (waiting list), bathrobes were available in the room but no disposable flip flops, the prices for drinks were 2 to 3 times higher than the prices in the center of Prague, by 9:30 a.m. there was almost nothing left to eat at the breakfast buffet,
+Close proximity to public transportation.
-Room dusty, cleaning staff working too hastily. -Missing a curtain for one window in the room. -Very thin walls, neighbour conversations can be heard. Intoxicated loud individuals coming back from the city will wake you up during all hours of the night, as will kids running through the hallways in the mornings. -Shower did not have a door or dropped floor design causing water to spill into the rest of the bathroom, black mold visible on grouting and wood door trim. -Very full breakfast buffet room is chaotic with people rushing past the tables; waiting lines at the coffee machines. -If the restaurant for dinner is at capacity the waiting times for food can be over 45min. Some couples walked out, other guests complained to staff. -Overheard several complaints at neighbouring tables of food being undercooked or cold. -Some staff were really friendly but the majority were stern and unkind. Overall the hotel is far removed from a 4star rating... It is in essence a poorly managed 2star hotel with an aging 3star wellness/spa/sport center attached to it. Prague may be the Bohemian capital but some guests really abused this by being drunk, on drugs or bringing escorts in/to the hotel. My advice would be to spend a few days less in the city and spend the same budget on a superior hotel with more discerning guests and properly trained staff.
