The staffs were very helpful and give good directions to hotel and sites to visit.
The location. The room is close to street and pretty noisy throughout the night. It’s pretty difficult to find the hostel. The location doesn’t seem to be safe walking at night.
The location is great. You can walk everywhere from the hostal. Clean and not expensive. Nice staff.
No 24h reception and no breakfast. Not an hostel atmosphere. Staff is in the hostel only a little in the morning and a little at night. For check in, check out and to leave your luggage the last day everything has to be plan in advance for them to be in the hostel.
Kitchen was fully equipped. There were free tea and coffee. Location was also good.
Room wasn’t clear enough, there was a sock in the room from previous guest. The bedclothes were old. The room was a bit cold for us.
Really bad communication with staff. Everything was problem. We wanted to come hour later and he asked only why? That is our thing, basically you don’t need to tell them when you want to come. I reserved it for my friends and wanted to pay earlier in morning and it was another why?
It was a very nice stay at the Hostel Emma! It is simple, but very comfortable and there is everything you need. The people at the reception were very friendly and especially the showers were very clean.
Hostel Emma is located in an historical building, 300 metres from the Vltava River and Karlovo Namesti Tram Stop and Metro Station. Wi-Fi is available throughout the hostel and is free of charge. Rooms at Emma Hostel feature hard wood floors and some offer a view of the quiet streets surrounding the property. A fully-equipped kitchen with free tea and coffee making facilities and shared bathrooms are available to guests. In just 3 minutes on foot, guests can see the Charles Square and Dancing House. The National Theatre is a 5-minute walk away, while the Charles Bridge can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.
