Cons: nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: very warming experience...
5.8 Okay
Pros: Location is quite good. Ski bus stop is really close. Evevator in the building is helpful, also good ski room. Bidet in bathroom.
Cons: The quality of appartament rather poor. The bathroom with some plastic on walls reminds me motels F1. Kitchen equipped however with limited amount of plates/cutlery. No wine glasses. The need to pay caution in advance and extra pay for cleaning (especially where you need a clean everything before leave) is ridiculous.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice and friendly owners, We received an homemade tiramisu from Natali- the owner.
Cons: Pretty much.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Exceptional location for trekking. Bicycles at your disposal for a walk. Exceptional views. Very quiet place. Clean and equipped.

7.1 Good
Pros: The location of Camping Catinaccio Rosengarten is fantastic - close to many fantastic climbing, hiking and via ferrata routes.
Cons: This place is VERY basic - far more so than appears on the listing. No towels, no kettle, no dishcloths were provided. But weirdly slippers were?! It's 50/50 with the staff - the young woman who took care of our check out was fantastic, but the man who seemed to occupy the desk most of the time was surly and rude, and unable/unwilling to converse in any language except Italian - not particularly helpful when most of the guest were German or English!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Out apartment was spotlessly clean as were the public spaces in the block. For a small space it has been very well thought through, plenty of storage, light, crockery, ventilation and comfort. A large sofa bed which was very comfortable for our extra guests. You can bring your own sheets for the bed and towels if you wish, otherwise there is a charge. They do provide, as standard, duvets and pillows with covers. We were really impressed with the site and the facilities available. Ours was a winter break but we will return again in the summer. The area is on the edge of town but this made it quiet and rural. The walk by the river into town took us 10 minutes but dependi g where you want to eat can take quite a bit longer.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The apartment is very cozy and is in excellent shape; it looks even better than on the photos. Living room sofa can be unfolded in a surprisingly comfortable double-bed. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Cons: Poor sound isolation between bedroom and living room. Reception is closed from 13:00 to 14:00–14:30; if you arrive in this time frame, there is no possibility to leave things in the hotel until check-in. Breakfast options are limited: only coffee and croissants. No salt or cooking oil in the kitchen. Bed sheets and towels have to be paid separately.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff, good facilities for storing and drying ski equipment. Cross country skiing route right next to the site (right outside the back gate). Flexible transportation to and from the downhill pistes.
Cons: Sound insulation of the rooms was non-existent, meaning that either you wear ear plugs or you go to bed the same time your neighbors do. According to the house rules "silence" begins at 23:00 and fortunately this was quite well observed by our fellow habitants.

Cons: Wifi does not work on the upper floors
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very service oriented and friendly - they worked together like a team for our comfort and good times.
Cons: Nothing. What can be improved, not necessarily, would be slightly larger locker (or no locker but an open rack for everyone?) inthe ski room, but even that was OK.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: The brand new wellness centre is amazing. We enjoyed the location of the hotel. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, good breakfast. Car park on site available. Would stay again but in a different room.
Cons: The room felt very old and had a smell of dust (I'm guessing only the standard small rooms might be like that. Pillows were horrible, so hard you can't sleep on them. Mattress felt very worn too. Shame the saunas were only available for 2-3 hours in the afternoon.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Excellent customer service - probably the best we’ve ever experienced in 5 years living and traveling in Italy! All staff were very friendly and attentive. Excellent breakfast and location! It’s easy to walk to Qc Terme from there and hotel customers can benefit from a discount. It’s also easy to walk to a nice trail where you can cycle or run in the morning.
Cons: The rooms are nice but feel like they could use a little “modernisation”. The kitchen area was nice to have but the fridge wasn’t plugged in and the instruction leaflet was still in the dishwasher so it felt as if they hadn’t finished unpacking and setting up the appliances. It’s a really nice touch that they offer aperitivo at the restaurant upon check in but it would have been nice to know this in advance as we had made other plans. Also annoying to have to wear a swimming cap in the pool...
7.1 Good
Pros: The restaurant

Cons: Only heat in the appartment some times. Og the heat to our skiboots was not on long enough
7.5 Good
Pros: Spacious and clean apartment, modern kitchen, lovely balcony, two bathrooms. A stunning view. Grocery store few minutes walk.
Cons: WiFi didn't work most of the time or worked very slow in one room only. Third floor (no lift in the building).
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location and the actually quality of the propriety is amazing. Great amenities available, well insulated and quiet. And Patrick, is the best host ever. Had so much fun and got great advice regarding our stay and skiing. It is situated a few meters literally away from a ski lift to one of the best beginner resort in the Dolomites.
Cons: The wifi is so bad it’s actually worse than not having it and heating is inconsistent. We had to complain a couple times about it and it got sorted on the spot. But ideally we would not have this issue. Another one is the pillows. They were bad for me but maybe i am picky.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The host was extremely welcoming. The apartment has 2 separate bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, downstairs washing and drying room for skiing equipment. Very central location with private parking, also easy to reach restaurants, supermarkets, ski rentals. Also he gave as a voucher for addition one day ski pass for Dolomites Superski for free. Highly recommend this place for anyone who want to fully enjoy their ski holiday!!!

Hotel Garni Lastei - Pozza di Fassa - Building

9.0 Excellent (191 reviews)
Overview Reviews
With a stay at Hotel Garni Lastei in San Giovanni di Fassa, you'll be a 2-minute drive from QC Terme Dolomiti and 7 minutes from San Nicolo Valley. Featured amenities include express check-in, luggage storage, and an elevator. Free self parking is available onsite.
7.0 Good
Pros: In my opinion the hotel is a bit overpriced. The ski resort was about 10 minutes away by skibus, however the connection was very poor (only 4/5 ski buses per day), eventually we had to use the car. What's more we felt a bit like on a school camp, you can not drink or eat in the room, there is no fridge nor any kettle, the rules in the hotel are strict. After ski, it would be nice to have the oportunity to drink something hot in the room without having to go to the bar and pay every time for the tea or coffee. Also the internet issue is a mistake, you have only 1 password per person with is absurdal in 2020. All in all, the hotel is really clean and well-designed, however not worth such an amount of money.
6.7 Good
Pros: Very clean
Cons: Wifi - one device per person for free, the second one - 10€. Staff not really friendly and speaking poor English or not at all. Strongly prohibited to eat anything in the room. Room (deluxe one) is very small. City tax has to be payed by cash only. Didn’t get fiscal receipts for all I paid in the property (but I don’t know fiscal law in Italy).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very confortable room for a good price, it has a skibus stop just in the door, so its perfect for skiers. It has a really complete breakfast. And the owners are so kind, they made me feel like home! Thank you very much Lastei family!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location and friendly staff. The hotel was extremely clean and the room very comfortable with a great view. The owner was also a biker and we shared some considerations and gave some good advices on the itinerary in the area. In addition the breakfast was great and the owner also was the one preparing all the cakes with special attention to organic ingredients. The garage is big and was great to have a secure place to put my bike in the evenings.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Cleaning service în the room was great! Very good Elena! Friendly staff. Nice parking.
Cons: Breakfast without vegetables, no sausages, no fried eggs. Bus line to ski area has bad schedule and connections.

Cons: All was perfect
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff at Garni Lastei were fantastic , giving us loads of information and taking a genuine interest in making our stay extra special. The room was gorgeous with super views and a lovely bathroom too. Breakfast was generous with wonderful homemade bread & cakes every day.
Cons: The only two small improvements would have been facilities to make tea & coffee in the room and more fresh fruit rather than tinned at breakfast, otherwise it was perfect.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Welcoming hosts, great atmosphere at the hotel, good parking, great pastries in breakfast, nice balcony, quiet room.
Cons: Breakfast buffet can be upgraded with vegetables and more types of eggs.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Our stay at Hotel Villa Mozart was great. The room was extra clean and with a nice view of the mountains. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and went far out of their way to make our stay extra amazing. For example, since we went there at the beginning of May, when it's low season in Val di Fassa, the hotel restaurant wasn't providing dinner, likewise, quite a few restaurants in Pozza di Fassa were closed. So, one night the owner of the hotel drove us (we came by train/bus) to the nearby town for us to get dinner at a nice restaurant there. Would definitely come back!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very tasty breakfast, nice view from the room, nice staff
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very good location in Pozza and a perfect hotel after a long days motorcycling from the Red Bull Ring in Austria via Slovenia. Friendly welcome and personally shown down to secure, warm garage below hotel to park bike. Machine in lobby to polish boots was used, no charge. Breakfast excellent and all good with plenty off coffee, other travellers friendly. Left my mobile in room but hotel contacted me to ask how to proceed and I had it returned to my home in UK. Reimbursed them for P&P. Would stay again but for longer and spend more time exploring the fantastic area nearby.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff, good location. Nice, clean cozy rooms. Gracia
Cons: Breakfast starts only at 7:50
