Room was fine. Mattress was a bit too old and saggy. Room key stopped working three times, forcing me to go back down to the front desk for a replacement.

Pros (+) Breakfast was okey. Friendly staff. Cafeteria lady was clean, , attentive to costumers needs.

Pros (+) Staff was friendly and the person in charge of breakfast was very attentive. She made sure she replenished the food as they are running low.
Cons (-) Hair dryer was not working and I told the front desk to get it fixed as we will be staying for another night. When we came back for the evening, we found the hair dryer was still inoperable. Very disappointing!

Cons (-) Saturday morning at 6 am a construction crew came in to do repairs on the room next door. This included tearing out walls and moving furniture. I would think that they would have the common sense not to start work until after 8:30 or 9. Staff apologized some what but did not off any kind of confidence that it would not happen again. Pros (+) The lobby was pleasing and updated. Bed comfortable.
Cons (-) Bathroom was too small. The lock on the door didn't work. The room seemed dated. Breakfast area too small. No turnaround area in the front parking lot.

Cons (-) Rooms are too noisy... rooms have little or no noise insulation. Another lodger ranted and raved, screamed and yelled all night with no response from staff despite complaints. Will never stay there again!
