Pros (+) I called to confirm my reservation and Benjamin assured me that a late arrival was no problem. I was greeted by the bell-hop almost immediately and the gentleman brought our bags to the suite and even went to get us ice. The room was spectacular and had a great corner view. Pros (+) Beautiful decor and styling, comfortable beds, great customer service. I mean they have free wine hour in the lobby every evening. They made me feel so fancy and the lobby smells amazing.
Cons (-) 45$ for valet parking seems a little overpriced, but I’m not actually sure what’s standard for this area.
