Everything and everyone were so welcoming and professional!

The rooms were super comfortable and well appointed. Every staff member we dealt with bent over backwards to make our stay comfortable and help us have a great vacation. Everyone from the concierge staff to the bellmen gave us information and advice on things to do and were great with our kids. We are planning our trip back already!

The one thing that I can think of is the lack of true closet space but that may not be true of all the guest rooms.

I specially want to say it is the excellent service of this hotel, also good position and nice price!

Excellent sea front and central location; elegant, 1940s ocean liner themed decoration, beautifully done, not tacky; excellent breakfast and dining. Really enjoyed the New Years Eve dinner and dancing. Delightful, efficient staff throughout. Good free WiFi.

The bathroom was roomy but sacrificed comfort to design: shower and WC doors heavy and stiff, not enough hooks, nowhere to sit other than toilet, shower controls not user friendly.

The staff. By far the nicest people i have seen in a hotel! Very accommodating, helpful, polite, spoke english perfectly and in general deserve the best for their professionalism and kindness.

The wifi was not safe and the firewall of my professional laptop blocked it, so i could not work at all. This was the only mishap that if it is fixed, the hotel will be top of the list.
