Staff was excellent and really instrumental in organising my stay, tours, rent-a-car, airport pick-up and drop-off. They were available around the clock. Breakfast was both continental and local so I did not need look for a local cuisine restaurant - the hotel showed me the Azorean food. Spa and pool. My room had an extraordinary view over the bay of Ponta Delgada.
It's a bit off the centre of Ponta Delgada but it has its charm.

Positive things were the personal and the breakfast, correct for the price you pay.
One of the reasons we booked it was because of the gym. When we arrived there we were informed that the gym is not there any more. The rooms are small and the facilities a little old. We had a burger in the bar and it was the worse i ever tried.
