Great central location with lots of shops and restaurants nearby Excellent value for money Very friendly and helpful staff, morning and night Good breakfast selection included with the room Comfortable, clean and spacious rooms
I stayed in two different rooms and in the first one, the air conditioning did not work and even though it was cool outside, the room was warm and humid Rooms are basic and do not have a fridge Walls are thin so I could hear other guests walking around & opening/closing door

The staff were very helpful. We had a very early flight out, well before breakfast, and they provided coffee, juice, bread and yogurt that was most appreciated. We would most definitely stay here again.

Excellent location. 10 minutes drive from Ponta Delgada Airport. Very central, near the main high street. Professional staff. Quick check in and check out. Excellent Breakfast.

This was not my first stay at this hotel so obviously I like it and knew what to expect. Was not disappointed in any respect. The location is great, as central as can be; all the facilities are excellent, a big comfortable room, a nice breakfast, super friendly and helpful staff. Excellent value for money. I am very happy with my stay at this hotel and would definitely come back.
Nothing to complain about.
