Coffee was not good

I stayed in a bungalow which was large and reasonably comfortable though needs updating. The complimentary bottle of Australian red wine and fruit basket was appreciated. Nice and varied breakfast.
The noise from the renovations on the property. I thought the bungalow was over priced.
Deluxe room, modern and overlooking the pool. Very warm welcome from the staff, efficient check in and great bar staff.
I heard that the manager overbooks the hotel and turfs out guests as a result. I think the more you pay the more likely you are to stay. This was a common story. I returned to the hotel from 16-19 Nov and was booked into a standard room, which was really low grade, in a shabby state of disrepair and decor. It lets the resort down which is otherwise very well maintained and lovely to stay in.
The swimming pool area was nice even though not too many sunbeds and the cold water on the showers. The breakfast was ok!
Our room was not cleaned when we arrived - someone's black hairs was all around the room. We asked to clean the room again but we did not get rid of the hair before the second re-clean. The standard room was really worn-out - paint all over the furniture, broken curtains, cracks on the floor etc. We had to shorten our stay from three nights to one night and find a new accommodation as the room did not meet our expectations at all. Luckily at least the staff was friendly when we had decided to proceed with this. Other than standard rooms seemed to be in better shape but as we did not stay in those could not say for sure.
Every thing. Even didn’t get invoice for the payment which I made
