Food was horrible
Pros: The grounds were well kept and beautiful. Huge resort, lots of pools to choose from. Entertainment every night - shows were really good, with talented dancers. Great variety of food and lots of restaurants. We liked the specialty restaurants, they were excellent (especially La Fleur and Mamma Mia). Kids club was great, variety of activities from 10 am to 10 pm. Ice cream parlor was a huge plus. We booked the swimout room and it was awesome, kids really enjoyed it. Nice touch with the kids' robes and slippers.
If you expect 5 star quality, you'll be very dissapointed. If you expect 3-4 star quality, you'll be OK. Cons: Air conditioning in the room was horrible. It went all the time without stopping and it was really loud at night. The room was spacious but had a damp smell. Food in the buffet restaurants was average, not bad, but not great either. We got the stomach flu (2 members of the family of 4), I am not sure if it was from the fruits, ice cubes, water, etc. Beach was not pretty at all. Full of seeweed and nobody bothered to clean it. Staff was not nice. They did their minimal job, but they did not smile and definitely did not do anything extra.
