Cons (-) Cleanliness was an issue for us. Found food stuck on silverware, rewashed everything before we could use anything, there is no dishwasher to clean dishes properly. Air vents dirty, tops of light bulbs...

Pros (+) Could not have asked for a better location, but...
Cons (-) Threadbare carpet, old poly bedspread. Three remotes for entertainment, with a tv that's size didn't fit display. No screen on patio door so had to suffocate all night. No hot water in the morning.
