Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, making it easy to access town, bars, restaurants, and the waterfront. The service was highlighted as friendly, helpful, and accommodating, with several mentions of welcoming hosts and staff going out of their way to assist. Cleanliness was also noted positively, with many describing the rooms as tidy and well-presented. Comfortable beds contributed to a pleasant stay for many guests. However, a few reviews mentioned that the hotel felt dated, some facilities were basic, and a number of guests felt the price was somewhat high for the standard offered.
