Cons: Fantastic food and service. I couldn't fault this hotel. Brilliant kids club for the kids

Pros: Fabulous Breakfast, lovely setting overlooking the pool and sea, huge variety with not the same bakery selection day after day. Kayaks and pool tables etc to amuse ourselves. Live music in the evening. DJ at the SKy360! Mia at The Sora and Umi resturant was lovely in explaining the dishes on the Menu and making suggestions that were perfect and looking after the one vegetarian member in the group. She also guided us on where to procure some local produce that our family found delicious.

Cons: No water provided by the poolside or beach unless you buy. Could do better to look after guests by the pool and beach. Also, the room service could do better to vacuum the sand from the rooms. The beds were not very comfy, a bit saggy/hard.

Pros: This is a hotel where you come to relax for 100% and not be bothered by anything. Amazing, a bit expensive for me, stayed a day to experience and definitely would recommend for a person who can pay the stay with ease. Just amazing

Cons: The location is a bit far from the night market and the city, but it might be good for some other people.

Pros: Beautiful scenery. Accommodating staff. Food was fresh. Clean pools. Room was nicely decorated and clean. Quiet and relaxing, worth the money to spend a weekend here. We celebrated our one year anniversary and was given free cake, which was a nice touch.

Cons: Beach was nice but somewhat dirty, if you walk along the shore you will definitely see trash. I did not expect to see that at a 5 star resort. Actually saw some black/reddish water running from a stream into the ocean at the rock barrier. Wish I didn't have to see that. Food was not as good for my taste, but that's subjective.

Pros: FAB! Everything was gorgeous. One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. Staff are very friendly. The hotel itself is a bit removed from the town but that didn't bother us. The room was stunning. The sun-loungers were so comfortable.

Cons: Food and drink is expensive, but in line with other 5 stars in Vietnam, so we expected it to be.

Pros: The location is good and close to cable car station. The villa is new and clean. Also there is a grocery store that you can buy fresh food to cook. Bicycle service and beach is super cool. Really love it.

Cons: I’ve booked a villa for 4 adults and 1 kid. The hotel just leaves two bedrooms open and locks 1 directly. Think it could better to notice the customer for choices about which ones to stay in.

Pros: Excellent breakfast and view. There were some stairs which can be little hard for senior citizens. Good staff. Excellent room.

Cons: Too far from reception and climibing stairs to reach the villa.

Cons: The hotel is definitely not worth the price. The service needs many improvements to reach the standard of a five-star hotel. - There are two beaches - one of them is completely full of mosquitos. On our first day each of us got around 20-30 bites of mosquitos on all the body (I'm not joking). Nobody from the staff informed us there was such a mosquito invasion. - On our second day, they asked us if we wanted an upgrade to the "On the rock Villa". We accepted and we prepared everything to move to the new villa. Only after 4-5 hours they told us that the "On the rock Villa" was not available anymore. Things like this are definitely not acceptable in these kind of hotels. - No water pressure at the rooms at the first floor - Restaurants and Mini-Market have exorbitant prices for the Vietnamese standard. - After all our complaints, the only thing they offered us was an extra-night with a 10% discount. This is ridiculous. - After this experience, we booked another 5 star hotel (not in the same area of the island), which was not only a lot cheaper, but had a much better service.

Pros: Excellent room facilities and fresh air from the hill and the ocean

Cons: A bit long to wait for buggy Had better have a Good asian restaurant with selected local foods

Pros: We booked a 2 bedroom villa. And they opend all 3 rooms for us so it was so cozy and nice. the location was right in front of the mainpool and breakfast restraunt. We had a wonderful experience and really really hope to comeback soon. The mainpool is so amazing!

Cons: Incomvinient that there is no microwave. And the sink is too small to wash big pasta dishes which the resort offerd. The pot was small to cook a 3 bedroom villa guest. Maybe you can barely cook 3 portion of meal. If the kichten has more products to use it would be a 100% awsome place to spend your vacation.

Pros: Villa is beautiful and beach & property do not feel crowded

Cons: 1. No washer/dryer in the villa 2. Not enough dining facilities to accommodate all guests. 3. Beach is small

Pros: I like the design, the location and the architecture of the villages, the central pool is very beautiful. In short, everything is fine.

Pros: Amazing place. Everything was great. The resort, staff, rooms was all exceptional and the beach and front area they have has to be one of the best on long beach.

Pros: Beach front villa was amazing. Relaxed and comfortable, the service and facilities were excellent. Enjoyed the fabulous breakfast every morning. This was a sensational stay. Highly recommend a beach front villa. :-)

Cons: Yet to find one

Pros: Big, comfy room, beautiful hotel gounds, clean beach, very big sea swimming area. I don’t know if the hotel was empty (judging by breakfast- rather not!) but it was never crowded and everyone could have their privacy. Good breakfast, nice restaurants within 5mins walk- I miss it already!

Cons: Can’t complain about anything!

Pros: perfect location to everything. nice beach and pool. very polite staff although some of them can't speak English, but willing to help all the time.

Cons: the king size bed of ocean view room is actually two single beds putting together.

Pros: We had accidentally booked a room with one big bed instead of two smaller. The staff was very nice and we got an extra bed in the room with no extra charge, and an offer to change room after two nights when they would have an available room with two beds. Very good breakfast. Great location by the beach and easy to grab a taxi to the city We stayed in the "beach zone", I think that was the name. We did yoga one morning wich was included in your stay, you also got one hour of free tennis. A very nice tenniscourt

Cons: The only bad I think was our neighbour that slammed the door very hard

Pros: We had a fantastic stay at Famiana Resort & Spa. Nice and clean room, large bathroom and a great view from our balcony. Staff members were smiling and helpful and made us feel very welcome. The hotel is located at the beach, which is beautiful and clean. I would also recommend the free yoga classes they offer every morning (except for weekends). The breakfast is very good, and there are many restaurants and small shops just outside of the hotel. If you are looking for a relaxing spot to spend your vacation, you won't regret choosing this one!

Cons: Beware of the traffic outside of the hotel area. There are no pavements or anything, but just watch your step and you'll be fine. It's nothing compared to Ho Chi Minh City :)

Pros: Check in was an issue and there were a few language backfires but other than that an awesome stay.

Cons: Not enough people spoke English.

Pros: Everything was fantastic from the villas to the location. Staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Mr Tuan and Mr Lam. Will definately return.

Pros: Position of the vila direct on the beach. New year eve party was awesome. One of the best. Our villa was absolutely fabulous. Big, clean, nice design, cozy, comfortable. Mr Tuan, our guest staff was absolutely amazing. Excellent english(for Vietnam it is a miracle) always paying attention to our needs, organizing tour for us and most of the time do the job for his colleagues that could not communicate with foreigners.

Cons: Staff did not speak English at all. They did not refill daily the shower gel and shampoo on the bathroom. Food was average, the same everyday and all the daily meals almost the same. Very noisy the restaurant and nobody speak english. Not even international words: yes, no, espresso, fruits,etc..

Pros: The best hotel in phu quok! We got a huge villa, very spacious, very luxurious, very well equipped and tastefully decorated with big TV, private pool with lake view. The shuttle service is very efficient, both inside and outside the hotel pick up and droop off from the airport. Also they have shuttle to the city 2 ways. Reception and departure are very efficient, everything is computerized and modern. The place itself, the gardens and pools are clean and well kept and everything is very green and beautiful to the eye. The beach is clean and the water are clear, there are many beach facilities to guests use

Pros: Beautiful and clean. Quiet and Luxurious. The perfect place to get away and unwind. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly and the facilities and amenities are incredible. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again!

Cons: The room was too dark. Even if it's characteristic, I think it's going too far. It's hard to find something. We stayed on the second floor, but the water pressure was really weak in the evening but got better in the morning. We arrived early, but we couldn't expect early check- in. Rather, even after 20 minutes of check-in time.... Also the room was not insulated against noise. We woke up early in the morning bcz of noise. There r too many flies in the restaurant. T T I won't go to there on Tet holiday.

Pros: Its a beautiful resort with a nice pool and view of the sea. The treehouse restaurant is really nice and good quality. Staff is very friendly and tries really hard to make your stay a good one.

Cons: We booked for 2 nights and at arrival we were told there was a problem with the water supply. (They already had this for more than a day since we found a letter about it dated one day ago on our desk) This resulted in a basically non existent water pressure, we could not shower or wash our hands and hardly even brush our teeth. The last day it was even completely cut off. (This was especially annoying cause we booked the resort to relax and clean up after a part of our travel, but we couldn’t even shower) They offered us to go shower at the spa but the water pressure wasn’t better in there... Also this meant that for the entire last day no toilet at the resort was able to flush! As you can imagine that was rather disgusting. We didn’t get any compensation for this which we found rather surprising for a resort of this standard. Next to this they have the private island with the bar. Both nights we were there we tried to get there to watch the sunset and drink a cocktail but both times they ‘had just cancelled’ the boat service because the water was too rough. I appreciate they wanna offer a safe service to their customers, but it was only kinda windy so we didn’t understand why it was so dangerous to go literally 100m on that boat to the other side. It was also never mentioned anywhere that this could happen on a perfectly fine weather day (I obviously get they don’t go during a storm, but this made it look like they basically don’t run the boat service half of the time). This was very disappointing. The staff apologized to us for the inconveniences but we didn’t to be asked to pay full price for a room in which you cannot even use the restroom or take a shower.

Pros: The property is nice, however since we stayed there a year ago is is quite run down compared to our previous stay. The rooms The customer service and management is brutal and you have to watch your safety at this site.

Cons: Safety. They need to spend more maintenance time on safety issues. While we were there one of our group lost their balance and stepped backwards to stop their fall. Their entire leg up to their thigh went through a broken hole. My husband sliced open his toe where the pool boards dipped under the transition strip. 2 people ran to help. Both of them had also ripped toe in same spot with in last 24 hours. There are also lose tiles that give way when walking on them, bricks on the pathways that are tilted up causing you to catch your foot/toe and the tiles at snack bar are covered in sand creating very slippery conditions, luckily we did not see or experienced and injuries due to these issues

Pros: 1-2 weeks prior to arriving the hotel, I had few email exchange with the hotel staff regarding some issues travelling and dinner reservation. Mr Anh Nguyen, Mr Lance Navarro Leong, Ms Phan Anh Thi & the reservations team was very proactive in repaying my emails and DMs, thank you so much to all of them for accommodating my request. The team at Ola Beach club did a great job for setting up a very romantic dinner ambience for my husband & I for our anniversary. The food in all of the restaurant in the hotel is good especially Ola beach club. Will definitely come back again :)

Cons: A lot of varieties for the breakfast buffet but hope that the menu can change a little for different days. Nevertheless we still enjoyed it. Breakfast is international with some local varieties such as banh mi & noodle soup.

Pros: If you are looking for a place where you can really rest, forget about your challenges at work and truly enjoy your holiday then this resort is perfect for you. There is everything you need at their premises so you may even not leave this resort for your entire holiday. However, there are many fun and interesting places worth visiting on this island.

Cons: Bit too expensive.
