The hotel is beautiful and I loved that the historic features have been preserved. The location was awesome.
Overcharged on my bill for valet parking, which we did not do, but it was quickly taken care of with a phone call.
Overall disappointed with this hotel and I am a fairly easy pleased individual. The establishment was sold as a luxury 4 star, maybe in the 1990s. Sadly, in reality the hotel is old. The rooms are extremely dated and worn. The room was dark. Cleanliness was not as good as it could be, simply polish furniture and mirrors for the next guests. The hairdryer was disgusting and didn't work. Note: the hotel includes access to the sports club. Great gym if staying a while. However hugely disappointed with the spa.. it's not a spa and there is a male only/female only whirlpool which was a shame. Me and my partner could not spend time together in the spa and didn't want to sit alone, so never used it. Overall the facilities are old also. A no from me as i would compare this hotel to a budget hotel.
The Bellevue is a gorgeous hotel, with a friendly, helpful staff who really made my wife and me feel welcome and went out of their way to ensure that we had a special anniversary experience. The bar at XIX on the top floor of the hotel was exquisite, with a fantastic drinks menu and spectacular views of the city. I cannot recommend this establishment enough.
Temperature of the room was difficult to regulate. Sheets were not comfortable.
We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel as it wasn’t included in our room. It was an additional $25 a person which is ridiculous when you already over pay for the room.
The price of the room was ridiculous considering the location, you had to pay to park every night and the people in the hotel were rude and snobby.
