Breakfast was good and full of things to eat (both sweet and salad). Room was right in terms of facilities (new), TV was new. Staff was wery kind
Location is far form the Garda lake and it needs to be restored in the restaurant area. Balcony was terribile. Room smelt of smoke In the shower there was warm water.

Location feels a little off when coming from the train station, but is relatively close to city center.

Hotel was well presented in the reception area And dining room Lovely back courtyard and swimming pool The staff are very helpful and accommodating Danielle was a wonderful ambassador for Bella hotels she will go places that girl, always made time do deal with any problem
Rooms were clean but needs repainted as the walls look shabby Breakfast was a cold buffet which was plentiful But after a few days became boring No hot food Evening meals were predictable and when we ordered mix vegetables all we got were courgette ?

Good location, close to the lake and town centre. There was also access to Bella Italia holiday village.
The hotel was a bit dated but no more so than others in the area.
