Centrally located with helpful staff who made the stay very pleasant and straightforward. The staff are also trying to make the best of the tired surroundings and facilities although the room was clean and fresh
The rooms and decor definitely need an update as it hasn't changed much since my last stay about 5 years ago

Mould in bathroom, an old kettle and then shower was awful hardly any power took ages to get shampoo out my hair

Location
Breakfast was not a great experience, Bad lay out, No Orange juice, No yoghurts, Old domestic toasters took forever. Why is the butter not next to the bread section, Juices at the end instead of the start, Etc. 2 Calls to reception and over half an hour to get Plug for the Bath, just about made us late for an event we were going to. The room was small and tired looking, not what we expected for the price.... Room 111
