Great location, charming, grounds are very nice & there is a bar/restaurant on site.
Have stayed here many times but the room we were given was very small. Wasn’t worth the money we paid for the room.
It was a seamless experience and everything was impeccable and the staff friendly and accommodating
Access to a business center (computer, printer, day, FAX) would have made my stay much less stressful.
Great location. Lovely staff. Very clean. Our room faced the main street & there was no problem with noise.
Not a complaint.....this is, after all, a historic hotel, but it was very difficult to get in the tub/shower.......very high step. As I am short (5’3”) I did not feel safe getting in/out so just decided to bathe when I got home. I am active & able bodied so it was not due to a mobility problem. We only stayed 1 night, so it was not a major problem. Next time I would request a room with easier access. We were in room 402.
I came with 3 friends for Sensorio and didn't spend much time vetting our lodgings. It was such a pleasant surprise! Clean, perfect location, great staff. We had a great experience at the Inn.
Really I had no complaints. We had 2 rooms and I would have liked them to be closer to each other, but the second room was added later and the staff did their best.
