Pros (+) Clean Room with great layout.
Cons (-) Hair dryer did not work AC did not blow cold in spite of thermostat being set to 65. Room stayed at 76 Electrical outlets did not work and it took a while to find one to plug in the cable box which was unplugged. This was after trying to figure out why the TV wasn’t working.

Pros (+) Such great service!!! Also, the whole hotel felt clean and well maintained. It felt like our comfort and needs came first from the staff. The restaurant has great food too!
Cons (-) Only con is the proximity to the 101 freeway so there's a little noise when you're outside but I chose the hotel because it's so conveniently located.

Pros (+) The Staff was super nice and friendly. THe room was great with a fireplace and renovated bathroom. The bed was very comfortable, and there was a private deck/balcony!

Pros (+) This hotel is stunning. Rooms are spacious and the hotel restaurant and bar are great. They have patio dining and a pool with a beautiful view. We stay here quite frequently and always enjoy our time
Cons (-) We had an incident this last stay here. We couldn't check in early so they held our luggage until we came back from wine tasting. We checked out the next day only to find that an item was missing. Although this was concerning, the staff handled this with class and replaced the item immediately, which was an 80 dollar expense.
