I felt very secure. People working and running Hotel Nord est Hotel were very professional yet very warm, cooperative and supportive. Hence, I felt at home!
There was nothing that I didn't like. I had a possitive experience.

The staff was excellent - the desk manager was very accommodating, given our stay was unplanned as a result of the Belgian rail strike. The breakfast was good value, lovely room and excellent service.
The noise of using water by guests in other units is a bit annoying and may affect light sleepers.

The hotel was in an excellent location for my purposes. Close to Gare du Nord. Staff friendly. I felt safe as a woman travelling on my own.
The sheets on my bed could have been of a better quality. One of them had a tear in it.

“I love the modern bathroom, with the halo light on the mirror! the Home feeling corridor before reaching the door. The location is perfect to commute in between Gare du Nord and Gare de L'est. The Hotel is a reconverted building with a big part courtside, so really peaceful and quiet from the main Boulevard. The kindness and accomodating reception team :)”
