Too old! The evaluator is too small.
-A nightmare experience with Bed bugs. The hotel should had a professional inspect the place and inform guests in neighboring rooms , which sadly they did not . And, unfortunately due to our short stay and the lack of knowledge of the right informations, we were unable to contact any local housing or health department etc -for the time of our staying in Paris. Instead of enjoying our trip in Paris , we barely slept and had to look around for a pharmacy and laundrymat , but also carrying a huge concern if we have brought home with us those bugs. When I travel and since I have allergy issues I bring with me my own pillow case, but with the experience I when through , I did leave it there. Issues with the staff . When they were asked for a refund , bed bugs issues, or any other concern the staff acted as if no one spoke English . The worst part was dealing with the manager . He’s a awful human being, with no manners, manipulative, spiteful and seriously dangerous especially to young girls/women who might travel alone and might get into confrontation with him. When he got confronted regarding the bed bugs he raised his voice and hand while he was holding a knife too. We left the hotel one day earlier, from our three days of staying there. Not only that we DID NOT GET REFUNDED for it (including the third day which we did not stay) , BUT we got DOUBLE CHARCHED. Unbelievable. Very dirty and unhealthy place to stay, specially if people have some health issues like Asthma etc. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone, if there are no changes made.
The location.... It was excellent
The ambience outside the hotel was not that comfortable for families
Location and balcony with a great view.
No toilet seat on toilet
Don’t book this place. It’s dirty and not at all like in the pictures! I asked for refound and they didn’t help. Had a hard time comunicating. They don’t speek english. Worst holliday ever!
