Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access tourist attractions, restaurants, and public transport. Many reviews highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, as well as the cleanliness of the rooms. However, a significant number of guests were disappointed by the lack of an elevator, which made carrying luggage to upper floors challenging. Some also mentioned issues with air conditioning and room size, but overall, the positive aspects, particularly the location and service, stood out.
