Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, with easy access to public transport, shops, and city attractions. Many also mention friendly and helpful staff, especially at reception. However, several reviews highlight issues with cleanliness, such as unclean rooms and bathrooms, and a lack of regular housekeeping. Room sizes are often described as small and cramped, and some guests are disappointed by the lack of amenities like elevators, making accessibility difficult, especially on higher floors. Overall, while the hotel is valued for its convenience and service, improvements in cleanliness and facilities are needed.
