Pros (+) I was travelling solo with a broken ankle (not recommended) & the hotel both gave me a ground floor room to give easier access & also prioritised my room getting cleaned so that I was able to get in to rest before 2pm. Everyone was lovely & friendly & helped wherever they could. Also, the pillows are fantastic!
Cons (-) There was some minor damage in the bathroom but nothing serious, just the results of water! There aren’t really any facilities on site but this isn’t the sort of hotel you go to for that - it’s amazingly close to the Gare de Lyon & lots of good restaurants so it’s more of a stopover than a luxury stay kind of place.
