Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's prime location, describing it as perfect for sightseeing, shopping, and exploring the city. However, several guests report issues with service, including unhelpful staff, booking problems, and a lack of personnel at the front desk. Cleanliness is also a concern for some, with mentions of bed bugs and rooms in need of renovation. While a few reviews highlight positive experiences with staff and room conditions, the majority of feedback centers on the superb location but notes significant shortcomings in service and cleanliness.
