Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, making it easy to access public transport and explore the city. The staff were frequently described as friendly, helpful, and attentive, with several guests highlighting positive experiences at reception and with problem resolution. Cleanliness was also a strong point, with many reviews noting spotless rooms and well-maintained facilities. However, some guests found the beds uncomfortable and the rooms small, especially for the price. Noise and soundproofing issues were also mentioned, but overall, the positives of location, service, and cleanliness stood out.
