Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, as well as the cleanliness of the rooms. However, many express strong concerns about the hotel's location, describing it as unsafe, noisy, and unpleasant, especially at night. While the hotel itself is seen as comfortable and well-maintained, the surrounding area detracts from the overall experience for many visitors.
