Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to metro stations, restaurants, and attractions, making it convenient for exploring the city. The staff and service are often described as friendly and helpful, contributing positively to guests' experiences. However, many reviews mention that the rooms and common areas are quite small, and some guests were disappointed with the cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities. Issues with amenities such as the elevator, air conditioning, and breakfast were also noted. Overall, while the location and service stand out as highlights, there are concerns about room size, cleanliness, and certain amenities.
