room nice everything we needed close to a metro station some nice places to eat close by breakfast was a nice selection and well stocked
Great staff at the front desk, great breakfeast
Parking fee a bit high
Decor was nice.
The staff were rude every time we tried talking with them. We said we'd have a late arrival because we had a late flight, and when we got there about 9:30pm the guy at the front desk seemed really annoyed. Once we were trying to ask the front counter guy a question, and he stopped our question to check a guy in who just showed up. We walked away because it was really rude. It's really out of the way of downtown Paris. We didn't know it was more business because it didn't say it on Kayak when we booked it. It's hard to find off the metro because it's in a neighborhood that doesn't feel that safe for a tourist. The staff would give us contradicting information making us look like we're doing something wrong every time we encountered them. The maid service wasn't great either. We had some tea one night and the maids only gave us more of the tea we didn't use, and didn't even clean the cups when they came! I was disgusted and wanted to change hotels but it was our last night so we stayed.
