Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to metro stations, shops, and the train station, making it convenient for transit and exploring the city. Cleanliness is also highlighted positively in several reviews, with many guests finding the rooms and linens well-maintained. However, noise is a significant issue, as many guests report poor soundproofing and disturbances from neighboring rooms or the corridor. Service experiences are mixed, with some guests finding the staff friendly and helpful, while others encountered unprofessional or unfriendly behavior at reception. Breakfast receives criticism for limited variety and quality, and some guests mention the lack of value for price. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its location and cleanliness but could improve on noise insulation, breakfast, and service consistency.
