La Hacienda Bahia Paracas - Paracas - Building

Located just three hours south of Lima, on the shores of the beautiful Bay of Paracas where luxury and simplicity blend perfectly. The decorations within Hacienda Bahia Paracas make you feel like you are walking through a warmly decorated traditional coastal manor that was preserved for centuries. All of the modern conveniences that you would expect have been seamlessly integrated with an eye for maximum comfort.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Staff was brilliant, impeccable. Food was great. Sea is not great as for a swim but great for water sports and absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Perfect for children both for facilities and entertainment staff. Been to this and next door hotel and this is definitely the best.
Cons: Price is a bit high but aligned with same quality hotels nearby, disappointed that kids had to pay extra per night (even when sharing existing beds) and that small pets are not allowed.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great hotel. Staff was helpful. Good Wi-Fi and good breakfast.
Cons: U cant swim in the ocean, because is dirty beach there.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Pretty much everything
Cons: Nothing. Had a great time
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beds were nice and comfy. Our dinner was excellent. Love the pool and the museum.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is as good as the pictures show. Wonderful room, pool and restaurant.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful clean facilities, amazing food at the restaurant, and super comfy beds. Onsite museum was one of the best we went to in the whole of Peru.
Cons: Loved everything
9.2 Excellent
Pros: beds very comfortable. bathrooms large and modern. pool design is lovely and people-friendly. billiard room is a real plus.
6.7 Good
Cons: The quality of the buffet breakfast was poor we arrived early on our check in day. We were charged 25USD for a breakfast which would be no more than 10 USD in a go cafe in Peru. Twice my wife was served food which had gone bad and as a result she ended up sick which spoilt the weekend.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: good breakfast
Cons: swimming pool was under maintenance during our stay
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Kokopelli is really nice place to stay in Paracas. The dorm beds were clean, the bathroom was clean. The pool was great! They even have a private beach, breakfast was nice! Nice travel agency, with okay prices.
Cons: It is a little bit further down than most other hostels, so a bit walking from Cruz del Sur terminal. But that is minor, I really enjoyed my stay.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Basic box room, with shared bathroom. Clean, has all what you need just for one night. Breakfast simple. Good activities during evenning, easy to meet other backpackers.
Cons: Loud music to late at night.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Each bunk bed has it's own light and the duvet felt like down feathers! There are also draw curtains around your bed, so it feels private even though sleeping in a dorm. The bunk bed was sturdy, no squeaking and movement when climbing in and out so you disturb the guest below you less. They had free kayaks to use which was lovely as we kayaked the whole bay and saw numerous bird life.
Cons: The hot water came and went but this seems to be a problem throughout Peru.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing pool. Great pod style beds with curtains and hot showers. Free walking tour was great. Do the golden Shadows Trek!
Cons: Bar was a bit quiet. Some events to help people meet eachother and socialise would be good.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great location and friendly staff. Breakfast was also great.
Cons: Unfortunately pool was under some maintenance work.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Nice location, nice rooms. Bathroom in the room was very clean. The staff was super nice and friendly. Helping out with the tours. There is a nice pool and other areas where you can hang out.
Cons: The bathrooms on the hall where not so clean. And the breakfast was not so nice. Only one option, Some Bread with eggs.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Accommodating and nice staff, great night life, good location and security
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Authentic, great atmosphere and cool location
Cons: All things were good, bed could be a little bit bigger
Hospedaje Racs - Paracas - Building
4
8.5 Excellent (463 reviews)
Overview Reviews
With a stay at Hospedaje Racs in Paracas, you'll be a 1-minute walk from Paracas National Reservation and 9 minutes by foot from El Chaco Beach. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk and an elevator. Free self parking is available onsite.
6.3 Good
Pros: We stayed one night in Hospedaje Racs. Actually we were quite happy with the room. We arrived late and left early, so not much to say. Had everything we needed.
Cons: The reason for the bad review is that they charged the room twice. There were some „problems“ with the cardreader during the payment. It seemed like a bad connection so i had to enter the pin twice. 2 days later I saw that the room was charged twice, so i contacted the hotel via booking. They didnt respond! So now i have to check everything with booking. A really annoying and unnecessary efford! Just take care while paying there!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Really nice staff and very clean rooms! Hot shower and perfectly located! Quiet at night!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location is really good, it's right at the center. Everything was really clean because there was a lady cleaning all the time. WiFi works well and we had warm water in the shower.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Clean rooms, nice outdoor seating area, great location
Cons: No breakfast
7.9 Good
Pros: Good value for money and only few mins walk to the bay with lots of food options. Try the amazing bbq fish options.
Cons: Traffic noise from the side road, our room/ cabin a little rough around the edges in terms of finishing touches.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We stayed only for one night. The room was clean and nice. The water was warm. There is a nice patio/ garden where you can seat and relax. The town is really small so you can get everywhere very easily. The staff was helpful. When you will be in the area you should definitely visit the Paracas National Reserve!
Cons: Everything was fine.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and helpful owners, a few steps to the beach and restaurants. Very quiet, since all rooms are located to the nice courtyard. Comfortable beds and all spotlessly clean!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The host was very friendly and was able to arrange well priced tours and transportation for us. The property is a short walk from the Cruz del Sur bus terminal and close to the central tourist area. The room was clean and the property is cute.
Cons: We had a large family room for 5 people with private bath, and the room was quite cramped with no space for us to put our bags. The bathroom was very small and water pressure in the shower was low. The property is such that it borders a street on three sides so most likely you will end up with some traffic noise -- if you are a sensitive sleeper you need to be aware of that.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Our stay here was exactly what we had hoped for. Clean, comfortable rooms at a fair price. The family room was greatly appreciated, and although not large, sufficient for sleeping! The courtyard area was also very pleasant. The night we stayed at the hotel was quiet. It's location, is close to everything you will want to see in the town. Prices on the hats and some of the souvenirs in the lobby of the hotel were also very fairly priced, no bargaining required :-)
Cons: Nothing.
7.5 Good
Pros: The owner was very helpful and all the areas were super clean! Location was good.
Cons: The walls were very thin so it got quite noisy sometimes.

Cons: Bedroom and bathroom facilities were basic but fine for a night or two
9.2 Excellent
Pros: We really liked this place. It was clean, bright and had a really nice rooftop. Friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: The shower did not work well, a mix of cold and not enough water coming out.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We are traveling with PeruHop. Excellent friendly staff. Next door to a great breakfast option before heading out to the Ballestas, and just up the street from the bus pickup/excursion meetups.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Bed was comfortable and the room clean but basic.
Cons: Our room was on the main floor near the kitchen so was rather noisy until people settled down for the evening.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location was great & room clean.
Cons: Nothing we didn't like
7.1 Good
Pros: Spacious common areas
Cons: The staff were mostly grumpy. The pictures show 2 4-burner hobs but only 3 burners on one of the hobs worked and I got the impression that that was the case for a while and no plans to fix anything. The bikes we rented were terrible - one of the pedals siezed up after 10 minutes on the road so biking for 4 hours in the desert wasn't fun. The owner refused to compensate. Rent bikes elsewhere.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great spot with nice roof terrace to watch the sunset
Cons: Lots of steps not really an issue
7.1 Good
Pros: Good location.
Cons: The room is too small for 4 people. The shower water is not hot enough.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was clean, nice staff - although they didn’t speak very good English which could be a problem as important information of different tours would not be mentioned. Nice located. The kitchen could use some upgrade. Overall, a good stay!

Pros: Nothung. It’s a rip off
Cons: Extremely expensive for what it is. Beds a horrible. Owners dogs out there heads through the window In the night the hotels water tank overflow falls into the inner yard 3-4 meter away from the windows. We changed hotel the other day and though we were in high season and guest a lining up the hotel did not want to refund us for the other nights already paid. They finally agreed thanks through yours website negotiations to refund one night. They said they could do this only by bank transfer. But they never did it. It’s a scam!!
7.1 Good
Pros: It was so good, but you offer like hotel, but It sa hostal so little.
Cons: Its so dirty, a hostel no a hotel Its not a Hotel.
5.8 Okay
Cons: No WiFi in the bedroom, only at reception No possible to close the toilet door Very small shower

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Staff friendly helped me to organise tours to ballestas islands and national park Could check in the moment I arrived even though it was quite early Clean shared toilet
Cons: Walls a bit thin can hear neighbour snoring
9.2 Excellent
Pros: It is located back a few streets from the noisy hustle and bustle of the main street (Taxi's honk all day and night long). I loved the quiet spot. The staff are fantastic and very friendly.
Cons: Nothing :)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was especially clean.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The owner was so friendly, he even upgraded our room to one with a private bathroom. Rooms are clean, bed really comfortable and fresh towels/soap/toilet paper are provided each day. It’s only a short walk to the Main Street.
Cons: We didn’t have any issues at all!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: It was clean, we got fresh towels and it was very comfortable as well. The owners were nice and the value for money was good as well. It was nice and quiet when we were there, but this might not be your thing if you wish to socialize with other travellers.
Cons: Due to renovations next to the building of the hostel the location was a bit less nice than in the pictures, however we received a free upgrade to compensate for this. If I were a solo traveller I might not be comfortable walking to the hostel after dark, it's a bit away from the touristy part in the back of the small town at a sandy road.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Really great hotel, nice and clean room, good WiFi and hot water all the time, everyone in the reception were very nice.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Nice room. Clean. Hot water. Quiet.
Cons: Bad wifi. Construction work.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very nice staff, make you feel at home. Good tour prices. Good room / bed. Breakfast OK
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff was really friendly with us, the hostel is building another rooms and for that we had a better room with private bathroom. Anyway the hostel was very quiet even if it is in construction. We really enjoyed our stay in paracas
Cons: The only negative point is the Wi-Fi quality
Hotel Emancipador - Paracas - Building
8
8.0 Excellent (400 reviews)
Overview Reviews
With a stay at Hotel Emancipador in Paracas (El Golf), you'll be steps from Paracas National Reservation and El Chaco Beach. Free self parking is available onsite.
5.4 Okay
Pros: This place is fine. The staff was pleasant but not outstanding. The location is walkable to most of town, but far enough out it felt far walking back after dinner in the dark. The wifi is strong and the pool is a nice perk, though small.
Cons: We had a group of three friends and the only room that worked for us was a 6-person bungalow, so it was plenty of space, but too much for us and thereby too expensive for what we needed. The bungalow next to us (they are VERY close to each other) had a lot of guests who all drank and talked and partied all night long and our bungalow was paper thin walls so we could not sleep at all.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The view from our room on the 4th floor was amazing. The food at the restaurant was amazing, you should try the meats on the stone. Staff was good, and they even help you find tours to Ballestas Islands and Paracas Reserve.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Ruth at the front desk was a pleasure to work with! Ruth was extremely helpful! She was polite, professional, and always had a beautiful, sincere smile on her face!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is situated in a quiet part of Paracas only 5-7 minute walk from the main shops and restaurants and just across the road from the beach. The room was clean with plenty of space and the same for the bathroom with hot powerful shower. The buffet breakfast was fantastic with plenty of choice. The staff were friendly. They kept our luggage after check out until we were ready for our next transfer. Pool area small which could have been a problem for sun beds if the hotel was busy, fortunately we were there at low season.
Cons: The pool itself is not maintained i.e cleaned of flower petals/ bird feathers etc The pigeons can be a nusiance.
7.1 Good
Pros: The views from the balcony were beautiful. To my knowledge all rooms have a sea view. Breakfast was good, nice bright, restaurant .
Cons: The checking in process was exasperating. The chap on reception did not know how to process the card payment, we almost left at that point. He did not provide any information re breakfast, not a smile insight, on the first morning I was stranded in the shower with a headful of shampoo the water stopped completely. It was 30 mins before it came on again,. There was no apology or explanation from the hotel. I guess you have to accept that water in this area is not to be guaranteed. Saying that the cleaners were slopping bucket loads everywhere. Although it was not a good start after two nights we had warmed to the place.
6.7 Good
Pros: Good breakfast, 2 restrooms and a kitchen facility
Cons: TV didn’t work, poor WiFi, windows did not property close so very windy
7.9 Good
Pros: I liked balconie and the view.
Cons: The jaccuzie was good but it had a bd smell. had to cycle the system and refill the water.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful view, quiet, easy walk to everything.
Cons: First room had no lock on patio door.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: It was decent enough for a place to sleep and have a shower. Nice main courtyard. Clean rooms and shared bathrooms.
Cons: The thin walls. You can hear the people staying next door having sex and any external noise from the street. However just put ear plugs in
9.2 Excellent
Cons: There was no hot water
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A quiet place, not far from a night club, if you choose.
Cons: Relaxing!! Close to everything..
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Clean and comfortable room, staff was really nice ! Thank you
7.5 Good
Pros: Location is fine, it is not as one reviewer described "in the ghetto" but down a short sandy road just off the main area in Paracas. Check-in was smooth and the lady on reception was very friendly and even spoke a little English! 10 soles breakfast is fine. TV and cable with English channels in the room as well as a ceiling fan to keep cool. Shower was hot and powerful. Room was generally clean if a little rough around the edges.
Cons: We had booked a double room but in the first instance were given a twin, when I asked if they had any double rooms I was advised to "push the beds together". To the credit of the woman in reception she did come and find us and move us to a triple room with a double bed which was very kind. I'm not sure it made much difference to our night's sleep though as the bed had one of those plastic sheets underneath like you put on kids' beds when they still wet the bed sometimes. The heat coupled with the threadbare sheet on top made sleeping very uncomfortable as you're waking up every few hours to unstick yourself from the plastic. Neither myself nor my fiancé slept particularly well. We also noticed at breakfast that other people were offered eggs whereas we were not.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Good location and restaurant
Cons: Needs a good scrub throughout. Could be quite a gorgeous property but it’s tired and dirty, especially bathrooms
4.2 Okay
Pros: Communal area was clean, staff were very friendly, easy to find and near to the Peru hop drop off point. My friend had the other room on our booking, she said the bed was comfortable and clean.
Cons: The key and lock were tricky to use and I felt the room was insecure, the bed was disgusting, I lost count of how many pubic hairs and long black hairs I found when I pulled back the bed sheet, there were mystery stains and the pillows smelt of stale sweat. The bathroom had a layer of dust on every flat surface and my towel had a hole in it. The plug socket was sticking out the wall so you couldn't plug anything in and the other had exposed wires. My bedside light had been removed and again, exposed electrical wire were left sticking out.
7.1 Good
Pros: The patio, location, fan provided in the room, the room size, possibility to book tours for a good price at the reception.
Cons: The shower was either cold or burning hot, very difficult to lock the doors on the shared bathrooms, too hot in the room, we were obliged to have fan on constantly or open doors to get some air in the room. The internet connection was bad.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Nice place, clean, great location, hot water (once you got the knack of getting it started- do ask the staff if you can’t get the hot to come through). Fruit included with breakfast
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Staff was very friendly. Staff was helpful with suggestions on activities and food and helped to coordinate tours of both the reserve and island. Room was clean and a decent size for the value.
Cons: Showers could use a little more cleaning.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: No frills but beautifully clean. Central location( but pretty much everything is central in Paracas!) Friendly staff. Good breakfast in room on top floor, with excellent views
Cons: Our room was at the front overlooking the road which, despite being unsurfaced was surprisingly noisy. A room at the back of the hotel might have been better,
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Ugly
5.4 Okay
Pros: The woman who made us breakfast was very kindly and helped a lot to make the simple breakfast very enjoyable Fresh juice and eggs for breakfast Host printed our flight tickets for us
Cons: Very noisy (from other rooms, harbour, street - honking the time, dogs) Hole over the door instead of window between room and bathroom (some rooms directly to the staircase) Linnen to short for bed Curtains did not block out the light at all

5.4 Okay
Cons: The room was so noisy, we could hardly sleep.
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing! Disgusting noisy unfinished hotel. Staff are a disgrace and seem to charge what they like! I did not feel safe here due to their behaviour! Awful stay - worst of my life! Do not go here!
Cons: Everything! Do not book!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, beautiful pool and bar area. The place is super clean!
Cons: I was traveling with Peru Hop which offers discounted rooms. This hotel does not recognize Booking.com and would not honour Peru Hop discount. They open up their pool facilities to everyone in Pracas and other tour companies for a small fee, so it could get crowded with other tours not belonging to hotel. No air conditioning and small rooms.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: This is not even worth my time. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY.
Cons: I disliked the unclean bathroom. I disliked the chickens crowing at 4am in the morning. I disliked the dodgy check-in process. I dislike the fact that we had no toilet paper in our bathroom. I could go on...and on...and on.....
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Quite and very clean

Cons: Everything was great!!!
4.6 Okay
Pros: Clean. Nice patio
Cons: WiFi only worked outside the room.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: I’d like to especially highlight Fernando’s service! We were amazed by his friendliness and passion for his job. Thank you very much! (And he does speak German fluently.)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We enjoyed the terrace, clean shower and big bed.
Cons: Nothing concrete.
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: They didn't clean the room in 3 days. They said in Paracas never rain but we got the only raining day in the year (light rain) and when we go back to the room water was everywhere and not only few drops. Our backpacks, that were on the floor, were totally wet and also our stuff. Lights went out and also water. You can't even use toilette. When I asked the owner for solution he said it was natural problem and all the rooms have the same problem! I had to push water outside the room with my flip flop and we slept with all our stuff on the bed surrounded by water and with no light and water. Worst Place Ever!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location, friendly staff. Cruz del Sur buses stop here. They also provide tours to Islas Ballesteros and Paracas national park.

6.3 Good
Pros: Breakfast at the parent hotel.
Cons: Our room was facing the road and was very noisy. Cars beeping, doorbell ringing (not sure if they ran away?) and the obligatory barking dog. No WiFi. Unlucky room 305.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very central, nice terrace with ocean view.
Cons: Noisy, cause next to the street and construction works.
7.9 Good
Pros: Great breakfast and sea view
7.1 Good
Pros: View of plaza and bay.
Cons: Cramped bathroom. Poor mattress.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hostel was sparkling clean. I had a room at the back with a balcony where I could view the ocean and malecon. The bed was excellent,
Cons: It did take a few minutes to get hot water and the water pressure was weak.. but for the price, cleanliness, location, etc. it was of excellent value.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Ocean view balcony and very good breakfast
Cons: Warm water was not always available
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Its really clean, confortable and the staff are really great. Also has hot water, it's close to everything.
Cons: The wifi didn't work well in our room and for the breakfast, you have to go in the hotel outside, and there, the server was so rude because we were from the hostal, but other than that, it's a really great place.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The view was amazing, nice decoration and very comfortable beds.
Cons: Very low water pressure. Breakfast is at the Residential Hotel across the street and it was very simple and incomplete.
7.9 Good
Pros: Sea view Cleanliness Nice breakfast
Cons: Not hot/ warm water at all even though it was advertised. We had to take cold shower.
6.7 Good
Pros: OK, don't expect much more than a bed. Location is convenient for a visit to Paracas, as it is dead center.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is very central
6.7 Good
Pros: Very clean and ok rooms
Cons: Bit noicy neigbourhood as locared central in town.
6.3 Good
Pros: The upside is the location next to the restaurants on the Malecón. However a note of caution ... there is a lot of late night noise and at around 7am you will be awoken by the bin lorries playing “saca tu basura” at full volume (this is a curious bin man tradition in Peru. The bin lorries play loud volume music to remind residents to put out their bins). Our room was a generous size and clean with plenty of natural light and decent ventilation. The bedroom and the bathroom were both clean (at least before my kids walked sand all over them) The lady running reception was cheerful and helpful (advising on where to buy things, booking taxis etc).
Cons: I think the price is reflected in the accommodation and service. It’s basic as you would expect at this price. The beds were not especially comfortable (but not the worst I’ve encountered). The pillows are thin, so I recommend asking for extra pillows when you check in. Lack of air conditioning means open windows are essential ... so you will hear a lot of street noise. The bathroom was old and tired (but clean). The shower pressure was low but there was a plentiful supply of hot water. The hotel has no lifts and no porter so you will be carrying your own luggage upstairs ... so pack light.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Manager had very good english and very helpful with local knowledge and helped organise good priced transfer to airport
Cons: after travelling it would be good to be able to access a laundry line - manager's mother is a bit fierce
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Perfect localization, a few steps from the beach, shops and restaurants. Also very close to Peru Bus and Oltursa bus stops. The tours to Islas Ballestas also start just 3 minutes walking from the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was big enough, with side sea view. Very good wi-fi. Light! During the day: big window, and during the night: good lamps, so if you want to read something before sleep, it is one of a few hotels where you can do it. I am really happy that I chose this hotel.
Cons: Poor breakfast, but it is very common in Peruvian hotels. The bread, however, was better than in other hotels. Would be nice if they add a shelf or one more hanger in the bathroom. No lift. Still, I would strongly recommend the hotel!
7.5 Good
Pros: The room was very basic but it was clean and there was wifi, what else do you need? The breakfast was great and the breakfast staff were lovely. We were very unimpressed with the front counter staff and the check in, this wasn't at friendly or welcoming bordering on rude. In terms of location, the hotel is a minute walk from the esplanade and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. We loved Misk'i, great food and atmosphere.
Cons: We were very unimpressed with the front counter staff and the check in, this wasn't at friendly or welcoming, bordering on rude.
7.5 Good
Pros: Close to the beach and restaurants. Great view of the ocean from top deck of the restaurant.
Cons: Could need some update to the room.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Only a block from the Malecon.
Cons: The wifi was terrible. In my room it was not possible to access wifi even though they advertise it is "everywhere". It is also not accessible upstairs in the breakfast area. So "everywhere" seems to mean just the lobby. The only chair is the one that is outside on the balcony, but it is dirty so you have to cover it with your towel before you sit. The "ocean view" I paid extra for is a tiny slice, down the street, through the lamp posts and electrical wires. The coffee did not taste even remotely like coffee. Even cheap instant coffee has much more flavor.
7.5 Good
Pros: Hotel is well located, supper clean, good shower. Breakfast was served on the roof top terrace.
Cons: Nothing really
7.5 Good
Pros: Rooftop
Cons: Slow internet, streetlight directly outside my window.

7.9 Good
Pros: The stuff was wonderful. Helpful and understanding. You can turn to them with everything really. It's a family business and they do have a security guide in the reception over night, always felt safe.
Cons: The thing is with this hotel that you can hear everything in the building it's not really isolated. And there are of course no carpet on the floors so it can get noisy. The night sleep was a bit so so for us. Also the area where the hotel is located is not so attractive. Maybe better some hotel closer to the harbour.

Cons: -
9.2 Excellent
Pros: This is a very nice hotel - the rooms are large and the bathrooms are excellent. Rooms also come with a porch which we had dinner on one night. The food at the restaurants was high quality. It’s the perfect location for exploring Ballestes islands and the Nazca lines. The in house tour company although more expensive than others were very easy to deal with and every tour was great. There is two pools both of which are very well maintained. We had a lovely afternoon relaxing by one reading our books. They are also heated which is awesome!
Cons: There is no hot water jug in your room and no tea or coffee facilities. You need to walk to reception to get these or order via room service. At reception there is no milk. It would be good to have these facilities in the rooms.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Almost everything.
Cons: The sea, it was not possible to swim.

5.8 Okay
Cons: Room was dirty no bath ropes counter claimed bc we booked from booking that is why we did not get bath rope to go to pool
5.8 Okay
Cons: The noise of furniture moving around, knocks etc during the night till 11 pm and pretty early since 6:00 am. Really 2 bad nights of sleep.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was amazing, the bed was huge and super comfy. The coffee machine made great coffee in the room. Breakfast was lovely (although I only discovered you could order a cappuccino on the second day - and the normal filter coffee with breakfast wasn't amazing). The pool was huge and lovely and the outdoor jacuzzi was amazing! All the staff were very polite and helpful.
Cons: The shower was warm, but for a luxury hotel I would have liked the option of a few degrees hotter. They gave us a plastic wrist band which seemed environmentally unfriendly and actually hurt if it caught your skin when showering/swimming etc! I don't know why they didn't use the usual paper wristbands (or cloth if they want to look super fancy). I would also advise if you want to do a long cycle into the nature reserve to not use the bikes provided but to rent from a proper bike hire place. They weren't able to provide a decent map (we had a photocopy of a driving map) and the bikes were heavy, had no suspension and only borderline functional brakes. They'd be fine for a little mini ride, but going into the reserve I wish we had rented better ones!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Nice pool, lots of activities for kids and a great breakfast.
Cons: The sofa bed in the room was small and uncomfortable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good hotel, good location, restaurant selection was limited
Cons: Not many customers
9.2 Excellent

Cons: N/a
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Outdoor area is great and well maintained. Bed is very comfortable and room very spacious.
Cons: Bathroom needs an upgrade.
5.1 Okay
Pros: Nice enough rooms but not what I expected for the price.
Cons: The place was full of families with small children that they did not supervise well. No separate pool or game area for the kids to enjoy away from adults trying to relax. Only one restaurant.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast, watersports and location
Cons: jacuzzi was pretty cold for winter!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Had a great stay here. Can't compare to other places in Peru, as we only stayed here and in another place in Ica. Standard was international. Staff were exceptionally well trained and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Really enjoyed making use of the kayaks, paddle boards and catamaran. These added a lot of value.
Cons: Sometimes there was a bit of a drainage smell coming from across the street. I don't think this was the hotels fault. It also affected all of the adjacent hotels. Worse in the morning, but ultimately no problem.

7.5 Good
Cons: We came early so we paid our rooms and went to restaurant when we came back we found we got 3 rooms only for reservation of 4 rooms. So we paid another room. Later in the evening front desk called and said the last room we checked in is twin room and is 20 some dollars higher and asked I to take care of it when I have time. I could have double checked my reservations and found the issues but for a hotel to take 3 times to get my room and rate right, it needs better employees training.
5.8 Okay
Pros: view from the balcony was nice, breakfast was very nice as well, good security - only guests can access, large rooms and very nice long and clean pool with a nice area to stay outside
Cons: staff was not very friendly or welcoming, no towels on the room (when we asked for them, we were given a pile at the reception and had to take them up to the room ourselves when we had actually been on the way to dinner), the furniture was okay but seemed rather dated, the bathrooms weren’t very clean, the food in the restaurant was mediocre and more expensive than options in the town, the waiter was not very attentive
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location next to the Boat terminal for Bellastas island trip. Impressive building with a large swimming pool and good breakfast facility. The reception area is large. The room was large and provided good accommodation. Tight security means the guard stopped every time you entered or left the hotel.
Cons: There are no lifts however, we were offered choice between ground and 3rd floor and we chose ground (they call it first floor to ground floor in Peru). The rooms are along open corridor rather than enclosed. The corridor tiling was uneven.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The room was clean, the staff was very friendly and attentive, the pool big and clean, the billard and location were great. The room with seaview was awesome. Breakfast was very delicious. Good restaurant.
Cons: The rooms were rather noisy, because of the thin walls and doors.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great views!!! Great staff, great beds!!!
Cons: Nothing
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely room, great pool and beachside location. Room was delightful and the best during our stay in Peru! Free Pisco sour on arrival much appreciated :) Heated pool (it felt like it anyway) we didn't even use but would've been great. Right next to Cruz del Sur bus station.
Cons: We had issues where we were woken up by really loud music from the club next door one evening, but told the staff who phoned the police and it soon died down - not a reflection on the hotel, but just for information. Another one that is bizarre - the ice cream machine in the bar is SO noisy! So it was actually not great to sit at the bar. The hotel would do themselves a favour to just bin the machine, I don't think many people used it.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Room, pool, dinner, all good. If you want to see Turkey vultures, stay here, local friendly birds come and visit the property. Beautiful creatures and a big part of the eco system.
7.0 Good
Pros: Nice and safe hotel for the area. Included breakfast was good. Room was clean and large.
Cons: Like most hotels in Paracas this is located right in the mouth of the harbour where all fishing boats and tourist boats to Ballestas islands are parked therefore not much of a view. Rooms are not very sound proof. Couldn’t really use the pool as many pointed out because of sand and birds.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location and the view of the ocean from the room the swimming pool!! Everything was great about the property. The staffs were very friendly and the food was also very good!!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The sunset view was magical Very close to the bus station and to the pier from which Islas Ballestas boats departure
Cons: No hot water

7.1 Good
Cons: The tiles were broken and have not been repaired for many months. Spa pool is cold...would like to have a warm pool for adults. Pools outside also very cold. A hot tub outside would make it better. Thank you☺
7.9 Good
Pros: The breakfast was enough and delicious.
Cons: The cleanest of the room was deficient 1 of 3 days.
4.6 Okay
Pros: Inside the spa was nice and the overall resort was large and fairly well kept.
Cons: - Asked to be picked up from the bus station - no response from hotel. Every other hotel on our trip offered this. - After walking through the main entrance with our heavy bags, we were told to walk to reception by security, despite there being a golf cart available to take guests to and from the main entrance. The walk was through what looked like an unfinished area of the hotel. - Staff at the reception were not welcoming and came across as rude, just demanding ‘name’ and ‘passport’. After check in there was no offer to help with bags, despite there being a bag trolley in plain sight and extra staff doing nothing. - After checking in, we were given the wrong room. We booked a king size double, but were given a twin room. When telling the reception staff about this, they did not believe us and twice asked for evidence of the room that we had booked. We then had to sit and wait around for an hour for our actual room to be made available. When we got into the room we booked, it was made up for one person (one chair on the balcony, one glass to drink from etc.) - not ideal for a couple... - There was a loud machinery noise (likely a generator) that was emitting a noise 24/7, which kept us up all night. - The hotel was virtually empty, but everything still needed a reservation or was unavailable. For example, we walked into the spa (which was completely empty) and were told to call to reserve. We asked to borrow tennis racquets, which were given to us and then immediately taken back because the courts were ‘closed’. Only after speaking to the manager, were we able to use the courts. Overall it seemed that the staff were trying to be difficult, rather than trying to offer a good level of service. This hotel shouldn’t be classified as 5 star.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel design allows you to enjoy the facilities without feeling crowded. Our room was clean and with a full view of the Paracas Bay. The food at the restaurant was very good. And the staff at the hotel very helpful. The hotel is very closes to the bus terminal ( Cruz del Sur). I will definitely be back.
Cons: The should add more information about the use of the spa. We did not know that you have to request and pay a fee for the use of the jacuzzi. The indoor pool (Spa Pool) is not heated.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Hotel has many facilities we could not use it may suit a long time vacation but it is not suitable for traveler that hardly stayed in the hotel.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Ideally located near the Paracas reserve. Great equipments such as swimming pools and spa. Very good cuisine at the hotel restaura
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This was a very clean resort. It is a block from the bus station and a short walk to the town. The town has a beautiful town square.
Cons: The two pools were 1.4 meters deep.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location at walking distance from the tourist dock. Variety of Tours offered , little expensive but good quality
Cons: Limited offering at the bar and understaffed at the poolside and bar.
2.5 Mediocre
Cons: I didn’t like anything. Staff were awful, place was dirty. Had to ring 6 times to have our room cleaned. We both got bed bugs and then they did our washing for us and lost 1/4 of our clothes and never took responsibility. Do not stay!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was comfortable and staff very pleasant. It was an easy 5 min walk to the main centre.
8.3 Excellent
Cons: Nice suits, nice view, the stuff very good
