I cannot think of anything to improve upon. This was a wonderful surprise. We truly enjoyed the staff, facilities, amenities and room!
Very peaceful and green.
Loved it! So cool to have the koi ponds in between the rooms! So cute!
In Palo Alto for a Friday night event
Needed two rooms and got a good pre-pay rate. Short stay but comfortable. Very good breakfast on site.
Beautiful setting and gardens. Two highly-rated restaurants on premises. Heated pool and lovely pool setting. Friendly staff; immediate response to requests. Spacious room; useful mini-kitchen with prep counter, sink, refrigerator, and utensils. Comfortable bed. Ample room lighting. Convenient work desk and sitting table in room.
Mix of contemporary and baroque furnishings is odd. No microwave in room. No hot tub/jacuzzi at pool. No fresh (refrigerated) half-and-half available for the coffee in the lobby.
