Pros (+) Large spacious room. Friendly valet and desk staff. Good service in the restaurant and excellent recommendations for food nearby.
Cons (-) Had to leave car keys at the front desk twice because there was nobody stationed at the valet kiosk.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access attractions, restaurants, and nightlife in Palm Springs. Many reviewers also complimented the friendly and helpful staff, with several positive mentions of the front desk and valet service. However, there were recurring complaints about cleanliness, including unpleasant odors and issues with room upkeep. Some guests felt the hotel did not offer good value for the price, citing additional fees and outdated facilities. The pool area also received criticism for lack of maintenance and limited amenities. Overall, while the location and service were highlights, improvements are needed in cleanliness, value, and pool facilities.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) The decor is beautiful
Cons (-) The confusing name. CoNtract with hard rock hotel has ended, there is absolutely no need for Zozo to continue calling them hard rock hotel. That creates a confusing and very annoying dilemma. We thought we had booked the wrong hotel. We ended up looking for the address & did a lot of research on yelp by reviews. It’s not okay, they should not be under that anymore
Pros (+) Just location
Cons (-) Facility, dinner, pool, bar, help desk,
Pros (+) The staff was friendly. Close to local shops.
Cons (-) First of all hotel is under new management and did not know until we arrived. It is no longer a Hardrock Hotel. We chose this hotel because of the name for our older children to enjoy. It was nice but little dingy and short staffed. A little disappointed
Pros (+) location, bar area with live music
Cons (-) Valet stood and talked to each other for five minutes before coming to take our car, only one front desk agent with a line of 10 people, rooms weren't clean, listed as a mountain view and our view from the balcony was two big trees and a run down business in the back. Hallways smelt like marijuana.
