Really liked the town. Got to the 1857 early evening. Easy checkin, although the door codes are a bit over the top (hoping an easier way is possible in the future). Rooms in the annex were awesome. Clean interesting and unique. Nicely updated with tasteful art pieces. Bed was super comfortable too. Highly recommended.

Pros (+) Really cute place! Great location in downtown Paducah. Wish I could have stayed longer to check out some of the nearby shops. Staff was super friendly. Had a really nice bar area with a stage for live music but it wasn't opened when I arrived late Sunday night. The room and bathroom were very clean! Loved the walk in shower.
Cons (-) The mattress, pilliows and linens were not commercial quality. I stayed on the first floor and it was very noisy. Not enough sound proofing as I could hear the person in the room above me every time they walked across the floor. I would still stay there again but would get a room on the second floor.
