Very convenient location in the centre of Oxford. Lots of character to the building. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very quiet and very clean
Didn’t think that it was especially good value for money, but then hotels in Oxford all seem to be expensive compared to other places that we have been. We did not book breakfast, but if you had it was taken in the partner restaurant (a chain) next door.
The location of the hotel was excellent
The room was dark & dingy with no air con,
Staff friendly and helpful
TV didn’t work and they didn’t fix it. Building work going on which I wasn’t made away off.
Frustrating stay at this property. We a booked Superior Double room for our 5 year wedding anniversary. We called on route only to be informed that the room we had booked was not available & they only had a twin bed room. Only member of staff was working & we were offered a breakfast token...hmm. £259 for one night. Absolute joke.
Well decorated and appointed
No air conditioning Booked shower fitting Broken loo button
