There are convenient bus shuttle services to and from nearby train stations. The staff is extremely helpful and always polite.

The breakfast was brilliant especially if you like seafood. The room was a very nice Japanese style room. The onsens were fabulous.
The price is steep but I guess that’s how much a lovely ryokan experience costs.

Everything else was great. You have a choice of 3 hot springs each night or the option to book one of two private ones, The two open air one alternate gender each night, then there are two indoor ones for each gender, with two private ones you can choose to book Shuttle service from otogo onsen station was a life saver for us having a few bags, (3rd week of a 5 week trip.).
The tv was old. Wifi signal was really weak, and didnt work for all of our devices

Nice and gentle staff. Really nice onsen especially 11/F and superb dinner & breakfast. The room is nice with full of facilities.
