Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, making it convenient for shopping, sightseeing, and airport access. The amenities, especially the onsen and spa facilities, were highly appreciated and contributed to a relaxing stay. Many found the staff friendly and helpful, though a few noted occasional communication issues. Some guests mentioned that the rooms, especially for three or more people, were small and bathrooms could be cramped. Cleanliness was generally satisfactory, but there were isolated complaints about air conditioning and maintenance in some rooms. Wonderful

Andrew, Sept 2023

Right next to Dotonburi District walking distance to hundreds of venues, vendors and restaurants. Next to Namba, and Nippombashi districts. Easily walkable to almost any metro line. Rooms were great and clean. Stayed in top floor corner room with amazing city views. Will stay again.

Cons (-) Better breakfast, view was no existence, facility (gym, pool)
